Taqueria Girasol

For over 30 years, Taqueria Girasol has served the SFSU community — students, faculty, and neighbors alike — with real, fresh Mexican food made with care. We're open to the public, not just the campus community.

Girasol means sunflower in Spanish — a flower that turns to face the sun. We named ourselves after it because that's exactly what we do: we chase warmth, light, and freshness in everything we serve
